Vacation in Sicily

One of my favorite visits was to Sicily. We spent a long weekend in Cefalu which is a seaside town on the Mediterranean. The food was incredible. I was amazed at the freshness and flavors of everything we ate. The fish was caught the same day and the produce used is grown locally. The wines we had were from the wineries in Sicily, and they were perfectly matched to our meal.

I enjoyed everything about Sicily, the people, the food and wine and the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea. I would definitely encourage everyone who is traveling to Italy to take a trip to Sicily and experience their food and wine and the beaches.
